About Rebuild Physiotherapy in Toronto
Rebuild Physiotherapy is a premier sports injury and rehabilitation clinic located in the heart of Toronto’s South Financial District. Our philosophy is simple yet powerful: find the root cause of your injury to build a foundation for life. We go beyond temporary fixes by combining advanced manual therapy with personalized rehabilitation strategies. Conveniently located in RBC Waterpark Place with direct PATH access, we serve busy professionals and athletes who need effective, efficient care.
Our Approach
At Rebuild Physiotherapy, we don’t just treat symptoms; we engineer recovery. Our clinical process is designed to ensure long-term results:
- Root Cause Assessment – We perform a deep-dive mechanical assessment to identify the underlying drivers of your pain, whether it’s posture, biomechanics, or past injuries.
- Hands-On Treatment – We utilize advanced techniques like Manual Therapy and Active Release Techniques (ART®) to restore mobility and tissue quality immediately.
- Rebuild & Strengthen – Using progressive exercise programs, we retrain your body to handle the demands of your sport or daily life.
- Education & Prevention – We empower you with the knowledge to maintain your progress and prevent future flare-ups, including ergonomic advice for your workspace.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions:
- Manual Therapy – Hands-on manipulation and mobilization to reduce pain and improve joint range of motion.
- Active Release Technique (ART®) – A gold-standard soft tissue method to break down scar tissue in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
- Sport Physiotherapy – Performance-focused rehab to get you back to your sport faster and stronger.
- Medical Acupuncture – Inserting sterile needles to stimulate blood flow, decrease inflammation, and relieve pain.
- Vestibular Rehabilitation – Specialized treatment for vertigo, dizziness, and balance disorders.
- Custom Orthotics – Biomechanical assessment and molding to correct foot, knee, and hip alignment issues.
- Ergonomic Assessment – Analysis of your workstation to correct posture-related strain.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Dizziness and balance issues can be debilitating. Our Vestibular Rehabilitation program targets dysfunction in the vestibular organ located in the inner ear. Common conditions like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) and cervicogenic dizziness are treated using specialized maneuvers and habituation exercises. Our goal is to stabilize your gaze and posture so you can move through your day with confidence and without nausea.
